Job Title: Junior Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement to drive repeat sales and referrals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries, providing accurate product and service information.
- Meet assigned sales targets and support the overall goals of the sales department.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales promotions and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Oversee vehicle delivery, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by addressing complaints and following up on feedback
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
- The candidate should reside on the Island
- 0 - 1years of experience in sales (automobile industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Good reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary
N130,000 – 140,000/ Month (net).
