Job Title: Livestock & Cosmetics Production Supervisor
Location: Abeokuta North, Aiyetoro - Ogun

Job Description
- Our agro-processing company is expanding and seeking a highly skilled and capable supervisor with hands-on experience in both livestock operations and agro-chemical production.
- The ideal candidate must be a graduate, technically grounded, and able to effectively manage and coordinate blue-collar farm and factory workers.
Key Responsibilities
Livestock Management:
- Oversee daily care, feeding, health, and welfare of livestock
- Monitor breeding, vaccination, and disease-control programs
- Maintain accurate production and health records
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity and safety protocols
Agro-chemical Production:
- Supervise production of natural/agric-based cosmetic products
- Ensure adherence to formulation standards and quality guidelines
- Manage production timelines and inventory of raw materials
- Oversee packaging, hygiene, and quality control processes
People & Operations Management:
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise farmers
- Train workers in farm and production processes
- Enforce discipline, productivity standards, and safety procedures
- Evaluate performance and report daily operations to management
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5-7 years professional experience in livestock management AND cosmetics production
- Strong ability to supervise and motivate blue-collar teams
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and drive daily output.
