Job Summary
- The Administrative Officer supports daily operations of the bakery, manages documentation, assists with logistics, and helps expand bread sales by identifying suitable locations outside the bakery area.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office records, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication, schedules, and staff-related documentation.
- Support operations with inventory tracking, dispatch coordination, and basic reporting.
- Source and evaluate new locations where bread can be sold outside the bakery.
- Build relationships with location owners and secure approval for bread stands or sales points.
- Maintain records of all sales locations and ensure they follow company standards.
Requirements
- SSCE/OND in a relevant field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for fieldwork and assess potential sales locations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
