Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly organized Farm Manager to oversee daily operations across our livestock production units.
• We are a fast-growing agribusiness committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable livestock farming.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of livestock (poultry, ruminants, or other units as applicable).
• Supervise farm staff, allocate tasks, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
• Implement effective animal health, feeding, breeding, and welfare practices.
• Maintain accurate farm records, production reports, and inventory logs.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure steady supply of feed, vaccines, and other essentials.
• Monitor farm performance and propose improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Manage farm budgets and control operational costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc  Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Animal Production, or related field.
• Proven experience in livestock farm management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Sound knowledge of farm operations, animal health management, and modern production techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot challenges and make informed decisions promptly.
• Residence within proximity to the farm location is an advantage.
