Job Overview
- Our client in a Healthcare industry is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Healthcare Sales Representative to join their hospital.
- This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in the healthcare industry and has a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of patients and healthcare providers.
- The ideal candidate has worked with Hospitals around Ikeja GRA and has a decent network.
- As a Healthcare Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their company's products and services to healthcare facilities and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer onboarding by actively bringing individual patients and corporate clients to the clinic, directly contributing to revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
- Identify and pursue opportunities to secure partnerships with healthcare organizations, clinics, and corporate entities
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers to highlight value and drive engagement
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to better serve client needs and position offerings competitively
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and relationship management
- Deliver ongoing customer support and proactive follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales performance data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
