  • We are hiring Sales & Partnerships Executives for a leading FinTech company advancing financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa.
  • This is an in-person role based in Abuja and Lagos, designed for high-performing sales talents who can drive revenue, acquire partners, and expand market reach.

The Opportunity
As a Sales & Partnerships Executive, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and converting high-value B2B and B2C opportunities.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with schools, cooperatives, institutions, agents, and corporate partners.
  • Execute structured sales plans to expand product adoption across assigned territories.
  • Implement partnership strategies that strengthen the company's ecosystem and brand presence.
  • Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for product and market teams.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years in sales, partnerships, or business development (FinTech, Tech, Education, Telco, or Financial Services experience is an advantage).
  • Strong Closer: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Smart: Deep understanding of Lagos or Abuja markets and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering consistent results.
