Job Description

• The Quality Checks & Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural and construction-related activities across the organization’s real estate portfolio.
• This role focuses strictly on quality assurance and control, ensuring that all building projects — renovations, face-lifting, and new developments — are executed in accordance with approved designs, regulatory standards, safety protocols, and the organization’s quality expectations.

Requirements
Education:

• B.Sc Degree in Architecture; M.Sc Degree in Architecture; Advanced Cert., Project Management
• Professional Certifications: MNIA, ARCO.

Experience:

• Minimum experience: 10 years’ relevant experience needed.
