Description

• Interrand Homes & Properties Ltd, a reputable real estate and construction company in Abuja, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial growth.
• This role is for someone who has actually closed deals, built teams and understands the Abuja property market from the inside. Not just strategy on paper, but real numbers, real clients and a clear track record to show for it.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead, train and manage the sales and marketing team to meet targets
• Drive property sales, revenue growth and market expansion
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic management reports
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions and brand visibility
• Build strategic partnerships and manage key client relationships
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
• Work closely with management on pricing, product positioning and projections.

Key Requirements

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Admin or related fields
• Minimum of 6 years proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
• Trackable and verifiable sales performance within the real estate sector
• Strong leadership experience managing sales and marketing teams
• Deep understanding of Abuja real estate market trends and client behavior
• Excellent negotiation, communication and closing skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver revenue
• Strong reporting, forecasting and performance tracking skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms
• Professional certifications are an added advantage.
