Position Description
The Head HNI Coverage is accountable for the development and management of assigned geographic HNI market. (S)He is accountable for the financial, operational, compliance and risk targets of the assigned business and manages a team of segment relationship managers to ensure HNI client needs are appropriately met and business objectives achieved.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees the assigned HNI Coverage team, with primary responsibility for the achievement of client experience and service targets and implementation of agreed policies and procedures. Leads and directs the teams output.
  • Through a team of Relationship managers, develops, manages, and retains client relationships to meet customer objectives.
  • Ensures an appropriate articulation of customer goals and objectives; alignment of the goals with our business objectives and the achievement of the goals to the clients’ satisfaction
  • Ensures clients are fully exposed to the group locally and internationally.
  • Ensures appropriate HNI client segmentation to drive cost to serve alignment in the HNI space.
  • Fully accountable for growth in assets, liabilities, fees, and revenue margins through client profitability.
