Nuvelle Consulting -  Our client, the Live Again Group, which is an NGO focused on women's empowerment and related matters, is currently seeking volunteers to fill the position below:

Job Title: Volunteer Project Manager (Group Level)

Location: Lagos (Remote/Hybrid)
Employment Type: Volunteer
Reporting To: The Founder

Job Summary

  • The Project Manager Volunteer will coordinate all projects across all divisions of the Live Again Group, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • The role includes Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project tracking, documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across the Live Again Foundation, Enterprise, etc.
  • Develop project timelines, work plans, and activity trackers.
  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for all programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare progress reports, outcome analyses, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
  • Support documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Coordinate with team leads and volunteers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in reporting, research, M&E or admin roles is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments.
