Job Title: Clients' Relations Officer
Ref: (Port Harcourt (CROPH), Ibadan (CROIB). Abeoketa (CROAB), Kaduna (CROKAD) & Minna (CROMI))
Locations: Lagos, Enugu, Owerri, Onitsha, Port Harcourt, lbadan, Abeokuta
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secondary support to the cat center as regards enrollee issues, authorization issues & other issues related to client relations.
- Marketing of health plans.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with computer programs.
Qualifications / Professional Experience
- MBBS, B.Pharm, Barchelor of Nursing, RN, RM.
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (Experience in an HMO will be an advantage)
- Not more than 35 years old.
