Our client is an integrated Poultry Farm located in the south-south part of Nigeria and seeks suitably qualified candidates to assume the following positions in its organisation:
1.) Sales Staff
Responsibilities
- Keeps track of all day to day delivery of day old chicks to customers and distributors.
- Monitors delivery dates with hatchery staff to make sure supplies are on first come bases
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
Requirements
A Degree or HND in marketing with a minimum of a second class lower division and 3 years post qualification experience
2.) Store Keeping
Responsibilities
- Organize and control the flow of materials.
- Responsible for safety and physical control of all goods/equipments.
- Permits quantity buying.
- Maintain the in and out of company goods, and keeps records of stock.
- Report depletion of stored goods, to make plans for restocking.
- Maintain internal safety of goods.
Requirements
A degree or HND in Book Keeping with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
3.) Procurement Officer
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute import plans
- Search, recommend and deal with supplier related issues
- Analysis/appraise suppliers quotations/proforma invoice
- Manage and execute the activity quota assigned to the Unit approved by the company.
- Collect procurement demand notes from various units
- Supervise and speed up the delivery schedule of the supplier to the warehouse or to relevant units/individuals
- Make acceptance or delivery reports;
- Update information relating to the supplier such as about qualification, product, delivery time, after sales service, payment method, potential development. etc. at all times.
Requirements
A Degree or HND in any relevant field with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
