Role Overview
- We are recruiting a proactive and performance-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee Van Sales and Van Delivery teams within assigned territories.
- The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising field sales execution, coaching sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient product distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Van Sales and Van Delivery Representatives
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and route compliance
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct regular field visits, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with Sales Manager on sales strategies, promotions, and route planning
- Monitor inventory levels and distribution efficiency
- Report competitor activities and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Age: 25 – 45 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: N120,000
- Incentives: N150,000
- Conveyance Allowance: N60,000
- HMO coverage for staff and family
