We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Job Purpose

• To support effective people management by implementing HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks and streamline processes
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records
• Support performance management
• Ensure HR policy compliance
• Support staff welfare and disciplinary processes

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Relevant HR or administrative experience preferred.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 per month
