Job Description
- An experienced Fashion Production Manager to organize and oversee the production process, ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production process for all clothing lines, from creative design to final product delivery.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines with efficient task allocation.
- Active collaboration with design and sourcing teams to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Spearhead Ama’s quality assurance.
- Oversee production budgets and work to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to resolve production issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve production processes.
- Present and discuss monthly reports with the COO.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and must have worked as a production manager for at least 2 years.
- Must be highly disciplined, assertive, and influential.
- Must pay attention to detail, prioritize tasks, set earlier deadlines, and take proactive corrective measures.
- Must be goal and target-driven with people skills.
