About the Role
- Defivez Hotel is seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focusedReceptionistto manage front desk operations, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests professionally.
- Handle room reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Must be courteous, neat, and punctual.
Salary
N80,000 per month.
