Location: Ajah, Lagos (Ajah and surrounding environs only)

Job Description
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of office activities.
- The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted support partner, handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Candidates should possess an HND or BSc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer
- Experience in a corporate or structured environment is an added advantage
Core Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
Administrative & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
Personal Attributes:
- Professional, reliable, and proactive
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Location Requirement:
- Must reside in Ajah or nearby areas within Lagos Island
- Candidates living far from the job location will not be considered
