Job Title: Club Accountant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Club Accountant to manage the club’s financial records and ensure accurate reporting.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to start work immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required
• Monitor club expenses and revenue streams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as an accountant (club, hospitality, or similar environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
