Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the organisation operates in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- The ideal candidate will help minimise risk and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor and review company processes to identify compliance gaps and risks
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare reports for management
- Provide compliance guidance and training to employees
- Liaise with regulators and relevant authorities when required
- Keep up to date with changes in regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a compliance, audit, or risk role
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIPM, or Compliance-related certifications) is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
