We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the organisation operates in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • The ideal candidate will help minimise risk and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Monitor and review company processes to identify compliance gaps and risks
  • Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct compliance audits and prepare reports for management
  • Provide compliance guidance and training to employees
  • Liaise with regulators and relevant authorities when required
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a compliance, audit, or risk role
  • Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIPM, or Compliance-related certifications) is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
