We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Physiotherapist

Location: Sokoto
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, mobility challenges, and functional limitations.
  • The role involves developing personalised treatment plans, supporting rehabilitation, and improving patients’ quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and rehabilitation programs
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with doctors, prosthetists, orthotists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethics, and clinical protocols
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training
  • Support outreach, community health programs, and patient awareness initiatives when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.Sc. / BPT)
  • Valid professional license/registration with relevant regulatory body
  • Minimum of 1–3 years clinical experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurological or prosthetic care is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and professional approach.

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
