- Serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries in person, via phone, email, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about company products/services.
- Resolve complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Ensure a positive and friendly customer experience.
- Prepare daily or weekly customer service reports.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email systems).
