Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who will actively drive customer acquisition and partnerships for Teachly.
  • This role is ideal for a target-driven, people-oriented professional who enjoys engaging schools, institutions, students, and parents to convert interest into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach partner schools, institutions, training centers, and students to promote Teachly’s services.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for school partnerships, training programs, workshops, and events.
  • Support student enrollment and school onboarding through lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Represent Teachly at school visits, outreach programs, exhibitions, and tech events.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new schools, communities, and partnership opportunities.
  • Track marketing performance such as engagement, leads, and enrollment growth.
  • Work closely with instructors, designers, the internal team,and management tomeet monthly sales and partnership targets
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve Teachly’s offerings and sales strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of schools onboarded or engaged.
  • Growth in student enrollment.

  • Believes in using technology to improve education.
  • Comfortable working with schools, teachers, and parents.
  • Energetic, proactive, and goal-driven.
  • Able to combine creativity with measurable results.
  • Existing network within the education sector in Ibadan or nearby cities.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 per month.
