Description

• We are looking for a creative Content Creator / Digital Executive to plan, manage, and optimize digital content for our client in the Retail Industry.
• The ideal candidate will produce compelling, data-driven content that drives brand awareness and sales while supporting the company’s e-commerce presence.
• You will play a key role in translating marketing goals into engaging strategies that attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal activities.
• Create high-quality digital content including text, images, short videos, and reels for various platforms.
• Manage official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and engage with the online community.
• Upload and optimize product descriptions and images on the e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy.
• Track content performance using analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (Retail/FMCG/E-commerce preferred).
• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts and digital campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with knowledge of best practices for different content formats.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
