We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Gravo Printing Machine Operator

Location: Emene, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Two-shift system (Morning & Night)

Job Summary

  • The Gravo Printing Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring gravo printing machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of polythene products.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, hands-on experience, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate gravo printing machines efficiently, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary for optimal performance.
  • Always ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Perform overtime work when required, compensated according to company policy.

Work Schedule:

  • Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, Saturday half-day (until 1 PM), Sunday off.
  • Night Shift: Monday to Friday, Saturday off, Sunday off.
  • Overtime: Paid separately, applicable when production demands arise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating gravo printing machines in a production setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Willingness to relocate to Enugu.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality.

Salary / Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience (NGN 100,000 – NGN 150,000 per month).
