Job Title: Flexo Printing Machine Operator

Location: Emene, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Flexo Printing Machine Operator to manage, operate, and maintain flexographic printing machines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in polythene printing, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate flexo printing machines efficiently, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed.
  • Monitor print quality, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and overall product consistency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Document production data, machine performance, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Work flexible shifts (morning and night) with possible overtime when production needs arise.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts: Morning and Night shifts.
  • Monday to Friday: Full-day work.
  • Saturday: Morning shift closes at 1 PM; Night shift off.
  • Sunday: Off for all shifts.
  • Overtime: Paid separately when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience operating flexo printing machines in a polythene production environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of flexographic printing processes and machinery.
  • Ability to work in shifts and flexible hours when needed.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to relocate to Emene, Enugu, if not already residing locally.

Salary
