Summary
- The Community Relations Officer (CRO) serves as a bridge between the company and the local community, fostering positive relationships, promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and organizations.
- Plan and execute CSR initiatives and community development projects.
- Address and resolve community concerns related to company operations.
- Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and partners to align programs with community needs.
- Report on community engagement activities, CSR impact, and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- 8 – 10 years of experience in community relations, CSR, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
