Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Fleet & Logistics)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing accounting and financial operations within a fleet or logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and periodic financial reports
• Manage budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting for fleet operations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and collections
• Maintain fleet asset records, depreciation schedules, and inventory controls
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, WHT) and statutory filings
• Use SAP/ERP systems for transaction posting and financial reporting
• Monitor fuel and operational expenses and investigate variances
• Provide financial insights on fleet utilization, route profitability, and pricing
• Support audits and implement controls to manage financial risks.

Requirements

• ICAN certification – mandatory
• Minimum of 4 years’ accounting experience within fleet or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
