Class Suites Hotels & Apartment isa modern styled hotel chain with numerous locations in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and is close proximity to the Airport.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Duty Manager (Immediate Resumption)

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Greeting guests, handling complaints and requests, ensuring high service standards, and managing VIP arrivals.
• Operations Management: Overseeing daily hotel functions, coordinating departmental activities (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B), and ensuring smooth service.
• Staff Supervision: Managing shifts, training, motivating, and providing guidance to staff, stepping in where needed, and handling disciplinary issues.
• Security & Safety:Implementing and enforcing security protocols, managing emergencies, and monitoring health & safety standards.
• Financial & Administrative: Handling reports, checklists, and administrative tasks for the shift.
• Problem Solving: Acting as the point person for issues, from technical glitches to major crises, and implementing service recovery.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
