We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • A Project Officersupports project managers by coordinating activities, tracking progress, managing resources, handling documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and performing administrative tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, focusing on smooth execution from planning through completion
  • Key duties include scheduling,reporting, budget, tackling, risk assessment, and team condidtioning requiring strong organizational,communications and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilities communication between team members, senior management, clients, and external partners.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Assist in developing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring teams have necessary resources.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: compile data,analyze project outcomes, and prepare reports for managers.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify,analyze, and help resolve project risks and issues.
  • Project Coordination:Implement project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, maintain project documentation (reports, contracts), and manage data.

Experience 

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications. 

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
