Job Title: Web Administrator

Role Purpose
- The Web Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing SKLD Integrated Services’ websites and web platforms to ensure functionality, security, performance, and alignment with the company’s brand, e-commerce, and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of company websites, domains, and hosting environments.
- Ensure website uptime, performance optimization, and regular system updates.
- Implement and monitor website security measures, backups, and access controls.
- Update website content in collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams.
- Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and user access problems.
- Coordinate with external developers, designers, and hosting providers when required.
- Monitor website analytics and generate basic performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and internal IT policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years experience in website administration or web support roles.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website performance tools.
