Neveah Limited is a leading commodity trading company established in 2014, with its head office in Abuja and five operational offices across Nigeria. The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Accountant

Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Accountant will support the finance function by gathering, validating, and costing all inventory and production data for aluminum and copper recycling operations.
  • The role focuses on accurate cost analysis, material tracking, and financial documentation to ensure timely reporting and support effective decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and record daily production data from plant operations.
  • Perform accurate costing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Prepare cost reports and assist in analyzing production variances.
  • Support the Finance Manager in monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to obtain timely operational data.
  • Assist in monitoring budget utilization and expense documentation.
  • Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Requirements

  • National Diploma (ND) in Accountingonly– HND/BSc holders are not eligible.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (manufacturing experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • Ability to work in a structured, data-driven environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in Mowe, Ogun State.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
