Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Export Officer with strong marketing capabilities to manage international shipments, grow export markets, and drive customer acquisition across foreign markets.
• The ideal candidate combines export documentation expertise with practical marketing and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance, logistics coordination, and customs clearance.
• Identify and develop new international markets through market research and competitor analysis.
• Drive export sales by executing marketing strategies targeted at foreign distributors and buyers.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, and export contracts with international clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create export-focused campaigns, product listings, and promotional materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and overseas partners.
• Track export performance, sales growth, and market penetration, preparing periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company export policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Export Officer or similar role (minimum of 3 years).
• Strong understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to support or execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Experience working with international customers, distributors, or agents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export-related systems.
