We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect (Kitchen and Wardrobes)

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing bespoke furniture layouts and interior architectural solutions that align with client requirements, space functionality, and the company’s design standards.
  • This role bridges architectural design, furniture production, and on-site implementation to ensure high-quality, practical, and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for bespoke furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior fit-outs.
  • Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accurate space planning and feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, carpentry, and installation teams to translate designs into build-ready specifications.
  • Prepare technical drawings, 3D visuals, and shop drawings for client approval and manufacturing.
  • Ensure designs comply with building regulations, health and safety standards, and client specifications.
  • Support the sales and project management teams with design input during client consultations and proposals.
  • Review materials, finishes, and fittings to ensure quality, durability, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage design revisions based on client feedback and project constraints.
  • Provide on-site support during installation to resolve design or technical issues.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong architectural design and space-planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of furniture construction, materials, and joinery processes.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into functional designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills.
