Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn sourcing
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
