We buy lands, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to the end.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of design documents, calculations, and reports
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and report on site conditions
• Support project teams with research, data collection, and analysis
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve design and construction issues
• Assist in preparing tender documents and bid evaluations
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction matters

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong academic record and interest in real estate development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant coursework or experience in structural analysis, construction management, and project planning
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., Nigerian building codes).

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 per month.
