Job Description

  • We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Sales Converser to drive sales and subscriptions for our B2C internet services. The ideal candidate will engage potential customers through direct conversations (calls, chats, or in-person), effectively communicate our service benefits, and close deals.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers to promote and sell internet service plans.
  • Explain features, pricing, and benefits of different internet packages to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
  • Handle objections and inquiries professionally, providing accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance retention and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (preferably in the ISP or telecom industry).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic technical knowledge of internet services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N150,000 (work from home)
  • Transportation Allowance: N75,000
