Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other channels
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and technical issues
  • Log, track, and resolve customer issues in line with service level standards
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in telecoms
  • Strong communication skills with good problem-solving ability
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
