Job Summary
- As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional support to customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other channels
- Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and technical issues
- Log, track, and resolve customer issues in line with service level standards
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in telecoms
- Strong communication skills with good problem-solving ability
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
