About the Role
- Sylvastar Group is hiring a proactive and well-presented Human Resources Officer to support daily HR operations, staff coordination, and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and able to represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (physical and digital)
- Support daily staff management and attendance tracking
- Handle basic employee relations and respond to staff inquiries
- Assist with payroll preparation and staff welfare coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures
- Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks
- Serve as a professional front-office HR representative when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email usage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior administrative experience is an added advantage.
