Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

• Sylvastar Group is seeking a friendly, well-presented Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
• The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, organized, and capable of representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers (walk-in, phone, online)
• Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement
• Support sales and operations teams with customer-related information
• Handle front desk or reception duties when required
• Assist with basic administrative and reporting tasks
• Uphold the company’s customer service standards and brand image.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, CRM tools)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
