About the Role

• Sylvastar Group is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
• This role goes beyond posting content — the ideal candidate will be hands-on with content creation, basic design, video editing, and community engagement to drive brand visibility, audience growth, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Create or coordinate graphics, short-form videos, reels, and captions.
• Manage daily posting, comments, DMs, and online community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas that drive engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist with paid social media ads where required.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
• Support offline marketing activities by promoting events and campaigns online.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting, storytelling, and idea generation).
• Basic to intermediate design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
• Basic to intermediate video creation/editing skills (Reels, TikTok, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
