Job Title: Facility Supervisor

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Facility Supervisorto oversee day-to-day facility operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient maintenance of buildings, equipment, and support services while supervising site staff and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily facility operations, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and technical services
  • Monitor routine and preventive maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and report faults
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and other assets in the facility.
  • Work with the Facility Manager and other technical teams in ensuringPPMs are conducted and properly coordinated.
  • Supervise technicians, cleaners, and outsourced service providers
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee and facilitate toolbox meetings at the facility
  • Support in routine inspections, reporting, and maintenance planning
  • Respond promptly to client and tenant complaints
  • Maintain maintenance records and prepare operational reports
  • Support the Facility Manager in achieving service delivery targets

Qualifications

  • Background in Engineering, Estate Management, or Building Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a facility management company
  • A fast learner with a keen eye for detail
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and generator systems
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) is required
  • Excellent organizationalskills
  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and take initiative
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
