Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized Dispatcher to manage and coordinate deliveries for our stores.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely dispatch of goods, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with drivers and store teams to guarantee smooth logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for all stores.
• Monitor delivery routes and ensure timely completion of dispatch tasks.
• Communicate delivery instructions clearly to CSR Dept., store managers.
• Track delivery status and update records in real-time using company systems.
• Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activities, delivery times, and any incidents.
• Resolve delivery issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during dispatch operations.
