Job Title: Event Coordinator

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events in line with Hans & René’s brand standards.
• This role ensures seamless event delivery—from client engagement and planning to on-site coordination and post-event follow-up—while maintaining quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate, private, and in-store events
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (bakery, logistics, customer service, dispatch, and operations)
• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ensure all event materials, décor, products, and equipment are prepared and delivered on time
• Manage event vendors and external service providers
• Handle on-site event issues and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate event records, schedules, and reports
• Ensure events align with brand image, quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Conduct post-event evaluations and client feedback follow-up.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 4 years of work experience.
