Job Title: Service Fulfilment Engineer

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos, Oyo and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end service provisioning for new customer installations (Fiber or Wireless).
• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of customer-premises equipment (CPEs) such as routers, switches, IP phones, and ONTs.
• Conduct last-mile troubleshooting to ensure service activation meets quality and performance standards.
• Work closely with the Network Operations Center (NOC), Regional Team Lead Service Delivery, and Corporate Customer Care teams to ensure seamless service fulfillment.
• Update service provisioning and installation details accurately in internal systems (CRM, ERP, or OSS tools).
• Liaise with the Infrastructure Team (Fiber & Wireless) to ensure that line-of-sight (LOS) surveys, link tests, and power measurements are carried out to ipNX’s quality specifications before & during installations.
• Ensure all customer installations meet ipNX standards for safety, performance, and aesthetics.
• Provide timely feedback and escalation of field challenges to the Team Lead or relevant units.
• Participate in service quality audits and contribute to the continual improvement of installation procedures.
• Provide remote and occasional on-site support for all enterprise network deployments where required.
• Provide prompt and timely feedback to customers
• Ensure that company assets are accounted for, maintained, and inventoried accurately
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition.
• Lead, without micromanaging a team of Interns – by mentoring and training them.
• Build and maintain a healthy relationship with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders during configuration and support calls and/or occasional onsite visits.
• Attend conferences, seminars, and trainings (incl. Webinars) related to the product and sector.

Educational Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
