Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bread Baker to join our bakery.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about bread making and able to produce high-quality baked goods consistently.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake different types of bread daily
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate ovens and baking equipment safely
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper presentation of bread
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
• Follow food safety and health standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications 
• Proven experience as a bread baker
• Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
• Ability to work early morning or night shifts
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety.
