Summary

• The Waitress plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• This position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a warm presence, ensuring every guest receives seamless service aligned with the elegance and standards of Otálẹ̀nù Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests courteously and professionally
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to guide guests confidently
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, set, and presentable
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests promptly
• Uphold service standards, appearance, and hygiene at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
