We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts & Administration Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • Manage the organization’s financial transactions and accounting processes while supporting with administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Administration & Operations:

  • Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate general office activities and support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist in organizing staff meetings, events, and internal communications.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare reports on financial and administrative activities as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and inspections.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 – 4 years experience in accounting with exposure to administrative responsibilities.
  • Experience in office administration.
