Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary

• The Production Manager oversees all kitchen production operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all dishes.
• This role is central to maintaining Otálẹ̀nù Lagos’ culinary standards, managing resources, and supporting the creative vision of the kitchen while upholding excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily food production operations
• Ensure consistency, quality control, and timely preparation of all menu items
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement to minimize waste
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and management on menu execution and improvements
• Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen production staff
• Monitor production costs and support budget control.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s / MBA Degree
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in hospitality or food service
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
