Summary
- The Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering a refined and memorable guest experience.
- This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance, warmth, and excellence of the Otálẹ̀nù Lagos brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and poise
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest feedback efficiently
- Handle guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution
- Maintain clear communication with service and management teams
- Uphold brand standards, presentation, and service excellence at all times.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s / MBA Degree
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (fine dining is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, polished, and solution-oriented demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
