Job Title: Business Analyst / PM

Role Summary
- Uses data and insights to improve customer experience, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer feedback, complaints, and service data
- Track CX metrics (CSAT, TAT, Insight from Surveys)
- Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support process optimization and automation initiatives
- Provide management reports and insights
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
- Manage project execution from initiation to closure
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones effectively
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
